Our service involves the removal and replacement of damaged glass, as well as the application of glue. We provide a lifetime warranty on the glue used during the replacement. Please note that this warranty does not cover any damage caused by external factors, such as objects impacting the car glass.
2. Limitations and Expectations:
a. While our technicians strive for high-quality work, it is important to understand that a car is not originally designed for repairing or replacing auto glass. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the replacement will restore the vehicle to its original condition. There may be limitations in achieving a perfect fit or finish.
b. During the glass replacement process, certain components like moldings, plastic covers, and wipers may need to be temporarily removed. Although Roadside Angel exercises reasonable care, we cannot guarantee that these components will be reinstalled or function exactly as they did before the service. Please be aware of these potential limitations.
3. Finality of Work:
All work performed by Roadside Angel is considered final. Once the auto glass replacement is completed, it will be deemed as satisfactory and accepted by the customer. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for services rendered.
4. Payment Obligations:
By accepting our services, you agree to promptly pay the agreed-upon amount for the roadside assistance provided by Roadside Angel. Payment must be made upon completion of the service. Failure to make payment may result in additional charges, including tow and storage fees of up to $50 per day. If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to take possession of your vehicle.
5. Complimentary Vacuuming:
As a mobile auto glass service provider, we are pleased to offer a complimentary vacuuming service to our customers. While our team diligently strives to remove as much glass as possible after a broken glass incident, it is essential to clarify that our complimentary vacuuming is not an all-encompassing detailing service. We prioritize safety and cleanliness, but the nature of broken glass makes it challenging to control every tiny fragment. Thus, there may be a possibility of some residual glass remaining.
We want to be transparent about this aspect, and we assure you that our team will do their utmost to deliver a satisfactory cleaning experience for your vehicle's interior, focusing specifically on the glass replacement area.
